Market comparison includes existing snapshots for selected cities and metros in Florida, New York, California, Louisiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Washington. Most snapshots report August 2026; Rochester reports May and Baton Rouge July. Inspect each row’s source period. Coverage is not statewide or nationwide property coverage.
Neighborhood comparison pilot
Fort Lauderdale: 86 neighborhood association areas in the September 25, 2026 capture, with 43 meeting the preliminary single-family price sample gate. Includes recorded-sales comparisons and mapped rezoning, land-use and a narrow construction-permit sample. This is not a verified rent, current listing or appreciation forecast feed. Other cities do not yet have this comparison.
